1. Cancellations for Yajña Events

You may cancel your booking for a Yajña event or Sankalpa participation up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time of the event.

Upon successful cancellation, the amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment as per the policy of your payment provider (Razorpay / PayPal).

2. Cancellations for Appointments / Services

Bookings for appointments, spiritual consultations, or any scheduled services can be cancelled up to 12 hours before the scheduled time.

A full refund will be initiated to the source account if the cancellation is made within the eligible window.
3. Digital Products (eBooks, Recordings, PDFs)

As per standard digital content delivery policies, no refunds will be issued once the product (e.g., downloadable eBooks or PDFs) has been successfully delivered.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

User’s unavailability or failure to attend a scheduled session without prior cancellation.

5. Payment Gateway & Processing
