About Vasiṣṭha Vedic Tapovanam

1. Cancellations for Yajña Events

  • You may cancel your booking for a Yajña event or Sankalpa participation up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time of the event.

  • Upon successful cancellation, the amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment as per the policy of your payment provider (Razorpay / PayPal).

  • Refund processing time may vary based on the payment gateway’s standard policies.

2. Cancellations for Appointments / Services

  • Bookings for appointments, spiritual consultations, or any scheduled services can be cancelled up to 12 hours before the scheduled time.

  • A full refund will be initiated to the source account if the cancellation is made within the eligible window.

3. Digital Products (eBooks, Recordings, PDFs)

  • As per standard digital content delivery policies, no refunds will be issued once the product (e.g., downloadable eBooks or PDFs) has been successfully delivered.

  • Please ensure compatibility of your device and correctness of email or download information before completing the purchase.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be processed under the following conditions:

  • Cancellations made after the cutoff time (within 12 hours) of the event/appointment.

  • Incomplete or incorrect payment details entered by the user.

  • User’s unavailability or failure to attend a scheduled session without prior cancellation.

  • Donation-based contributions made voluntarily (unless there is a proven technical error).

5. Payment Gateway & Processing

  • All refunds, if applicable, will be processed via the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase.

  • Refund timelines are subject to the terms and processing speed of the payment service provider (usually 5–7 business days for Razorpay / PayPal).

  • Transaction fees (if any) charged by the payment provider are non-refundable.
