5. Cancellation & Refund Policy For Yajña Events:

Cancellations are allowed up to 12 hours before the scheduled start of the event.

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed as per the terms of the payment provider (Razorpay or PayPal), and may be subject to their processing fees and timelines.

No cancellation is possible within 12 hours of the event start time.
For Services & Appointments:

Cancellations of any scheduled appointments (like Deekṣā sessions) must also be made 12 hours in advance.
For Digital Products:

No cancellations or refunds are allowed for digital downloads (eBooks or PDFs), once the payment is completed and the download link is accessed.

Users are advised to read the product description carefully before purchasing.
6. Donation Policy

Donations made towards Gau Seva, Yajña Sponsorship, Vasiṣṭha Vedic Tapovanam Development, or any specific project will be utilized for the stated purpose.

Donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless in exceptional cases verified by management.
